(40 dollar top water) is there a trick on how to get it out of the bondo .also i was under the understanding that those baits were made of wood but come to find out they are a foam bait as well.also has anyone tried a store bought bait in a bondo mold thanks Jack

    Devcon

wallmart has it for that at normal price but scence we are on the subject tho i think ill share how i apply my devcon 2 ton i put 2 thin coats on it but i apply it 1 coat at a time really thin i use a finger out of a rubber glove to spread it on thin then i put it on one of those deals you buy candy suckers on that turn little hand held gadget that turns a sucker or lolly pop in a kids mouth.i turn it for 10 to 15 minutes let it dry on there a few hours then apply the second coat...... Jack
  10. i came across a taxidermy websight with a tool called a Mac-Z-Scaler Texture Roller >>>>> this is the discripition of the tool >>> ( This is the easiest way to add scale texture to the seam on skin-mount fish or to re-add scales to the top and bottom seam on reproduction fish. Smooth on the Apoxie Sculpt, being careful to blend the edges in. Dip the Mac-Z-Scaler into water and roll the tool from the head towards the tail. You now have the seam of the fish completely scale textured with a minimum effort ) i was wondering if anyone has used this tool for adding scales to the top of foil on a foil finish bait web link >>>>>> http://www.vandykestaxidermy.com/product/01001139/ thanks Jack
