  3. Hi tally. You can buy an acid used to mark chassis numbers on car?s windows. You just cut a vinil mask with your signature (@ decal stores), stick the mask to the lure lip, apply the acid with a bruh over the top, wait 1 minute, take the vinil off, wash with water and it?s done.............

  6. Thanks guys. It has been inspired on all info and pictures of you guys @ this great site. It got a bit "fatter" than the original ....... I think it?s because I?m using too many layers .... : plasticoat / foil / devcon / paint / devon ..... To get a better result, need to find a way to get the mold cavity a bit smaller..... I will get some mold pictures for you Mike ..........

  8. I would say its defenily a temp problem. Rebember that the temp around the bait is realy low except in front of the light or over the heater. This would cause a warming / cooling the coat as the bait turns arourd. Results :........ lumps.......
  9. Hi guys; I found that if you spray some automotive PU primmer (PPG D803) to the mold before pouring the foam, you will end up with a very smooth surface and no bubbles. It also helps to put some PU primmer along the edge seals of the mold without thinning and with a brush. I?m using structural 16 lb. foam .
  10. Thanks a lot guys...... I will posting more lures as soon as I fininsh them. "Let?s keep nature happy"
