That was a Poe's cedar crankbait. Probably twenty years old I'd guess. Of course it did have fresh hooks.

I don't really understand how the pricing works in their catalog. I'm looking at the Rattle Shads and it confuses me. It says: 5 (1 pack) $4.49 25 (5 pack) $20.70 100 (20 pack) $77.80 Is the first number the total number of baits you're buying???

So not long ago I posted about catching my first fish on a crankbait I had painted. Actually I caught two that day. The crankbait has since been retired as I discovered a crack in the lip of the bait. Anyway here's a couple pics of the first one.
