I am playing with MF saltwater. I have tried it on my 4" swims. It seems pretty tough. However, the tail action is a little stiff unless you reel pretty quick. I am not sure how you work your baits. Hope this helps. I will send you a PM. Saint.

Anyone pouring a craw like this? It is 4" long and seem to have a full round tail, but a flat sided head and pinchers. My buddy asked me to pour a bunch for him, but I don't pour this. If anyone is interested in pouring these for him, let me know and get a price for me. Thanks. Saint.

Yep. Here is my thoughts. Ideally I do not want any weight on the hook shank. It gives the bait too much weight when big momma goes to head shaking. However, I find it necessary to have some weight to make sure the bait does not turn on its side. I think I will try a very small bullet weight texas rigged for casting weight and getting the bait down. Then I will put one small split shot on the shank to make the baits swim up and down. I will try this soon. I tried a bigger weight like my picture on the shank and had too many fish throw the baits. So I am still in search mode for the best rig for me. Saint.

I use these little dog ear clip ons that I clip on the shank of a hitchihker hook. I use a 1/32 in size. Saint.

Yeah, that is a bit of a problem. Not that I am some kind of expert, but I have been asked questions about selling baits before. One of my first answers is not to start until you are prepared to fill huge orders. Otherwise, you go to fast or try to cook too much at one time and scorch the plastic. Even if it takes a bit longer, remember a cusotmer's first order is the the one that will make or break a repeat customer. Good luck with everything. Saint.

Yep. 4" swimbaits. They are awesome. I am trying to figure out which plastic to use. I have tried super soft, regular and saltwater all MF. The super soft is out, but I am torn on the other two. I may have to go throw em this afternoon in the pond. Saint.

I agree. I just bought 5 molds from him. He told me they were going to be shipped on Monday(yesterday). Well I check my mail and low and behold they were not shipped on Monday, but arrived on Monday. I stayed up til 10:00 playing with my new toys, and man are they awesome. Saint.
