  1. https://barlowstackle.com/Mustad-Jig-Hooks-Style-32833NP-BN-P394/ These should work but I don't know what size you need? Allen
  2. Have you checked with Zorn? Since he makes the molds he should be able to tell you if any are for sale? Allen
  3. Fishingskirts.com has the best price for rattles that I have found. Allen
  4. Won't they cool down to fast to paint? Right now I am using a heat gun then throwing them into a bowl of water. After the bowl is full I inspect, punch out powder from the eyes if necessary then bake. I can get 78 Ned heads into my toaster oven at once so I am buying a second one to help. Allen
  5. Trying to figure the same thing out? I have to paint about 400 jigs right now and it is slowing down production. Buying at least one more toaster over which will help. Allen
  6. I know about 5 people that make spincast molds and they are all too busy with their own stuff. Maybe in a couple of months I can help you out but I just got my setup so I am learning how to make the molds. Making a mold is easy but getting them to work correctly is a pain. Have you tried Cast Industries or Tight Line Angler? Allen
  7. I tried modeling clay and could not get it to work right. Years ago I carved a spinnerbait head out of wood, cleared it then made a 2 piece silicone mold. That mold I used to pour some Alumilite resin in because it would handle vulcanization. Never had a lead head made because I decided on something else. This winter I will be making a spinnerbait head from a small JDM crankbait as the base for the body. Busy trying to learn spincasting right now so I don't have time to mess with it. Allen
  8. Made another Ned head mold yesterday and was able to get 33 cavities in a 9" mold. With this machine I can pour more heads in 5 minutes than an hour of hand pouring. Allen
  9. Here is what the tube heads look like coming out of the mold. Since the sprues are so small the heads either just fall off or the twist off very easy. Allen
  10. Mustang wire is what I think you are looking for. Cadman posted the link above. Allen
  11. Next time I cast I will post a picture of what it looks like. Every time you cast you end up with a wheel that looks like a bicycle crank. The heads break off with minimal twisting and you then just throw the bicycle lead crank back into the pot. Allen
  12. They sell silicone discs made for spincasting. Look up Contenti, white metal casting is where they list the mold supplies. Allen
  13. A buddy of mine ask me to start making these since Gopher went out of business like 5 years ago. I bought a spincast setup to be able to make whatever I want. Figured I would help recoup some of my costs by making things like this. Allen
  14. Just finished it yesterday, pours 1/32 and 1/16oz. Allen
  15. Countbass on ebay. Allen
  16. About 1 in 25 of the Gama 345 break for me but the Mustad 32886 is at least 50%. Allen
  17. About 50% of the Mustads I used broke but the Gama has about a 5% break ratio and are much sharper. Allen
  18. a\About $7k USD between the equipment and the mold making materials. Allen
  19. Interesting, I have used the straight shank Owner worm hooks before but never thought of using these? Allen
  20. 2/0 on the ones I have. Allen
  21. Thanks for the offer but I went ahead and just bought one of the molds off Ebay. Allen
