Have been working on some jigheads and looking for some advice. I am using Pro-Tec powder paint for a base coat and then adding some detail with either pemanent markers or Testors enamel paint pens. The powder paint is holding up just fine, but if I use the other paints or permanent marker on the top, they need to be clear coated. The only thing I have had any sucess with has been Devcon. That is really time consuming. Does anyone know of any other paints or tricks to make the paints I have work? I searched the board and someone suggested "baking" the enamel paints in the oven for several minutes. Anyone else have any ideas?
Thanks!
