  1. That stuff goes off pretty quick
  2. I'm not just a pretty face, lol
  3. I use a harder plaster than POP, but same principle, always paint a coat of plaster on the mold models to eliminate the bubbles. This "2fer" mold was sealed with epoxy spray paint, but high temp engine enamel works good too. The mold half laying down works with either of the other two halves
  4. you can make your own pork baits, I have
  5. I make mine from Ultra-Cal, much harder than POP, then glue a wooden frame around it for protection
  6. I made a 10", but you can't have it.
  7. Painting the plaster on is only thing that works, I Iearned that years ago in the foundry I worked at
  8. I'm not a dipper, that's just a video I found. I pour into my molds, let set a few seconds and pour it back out
  9. Couldn't find Bojon, hope this helps
  10. https://www.facebook.com/groups/124716908188867/?ref=group_header
  11. Youtube has quite a few videos on mold making
  12. they're all about the same price when you figure shipping
  13. I can't remember what the difference is, I've also used Tuffstone from the same company
  14. I've been using Hydrocal and Ultracal too, hardest plaster you can buy, here's a couple grubs from my molds
  15. Pretty sure Larew started the salt craze and I can't think of anything a fish might eat that is 1/3 salt
  16. yup, check for vents in 2nd half and don't use lube
  17. 50/50 Elmers and water, mix in a couple drops of food coloring
  18. It floats a 4" stick bait with a dropshot hook
  19. I've used the Hydrocal too, whatever I could get my hands on out here in the boonies. So far, I've only used silicone to make a mother mold
  20. google Tufstone gypsum cement
  21. I used to use epoxy, but elmers is easier to work with, very durable and you can find it anywhere. High temp engine enamel works good too
