No rust!!!Just clean after you used it with some air brush cleaner!There is a lub in that stuff and that will keep your gun nice and clean!!!Cheers.Dan

Hi,Nice original bait!!!I use rtv rubber to do the mold!smooth-on is the one i used and it work great!!To make the crank I use smooth-on feather lite!Awesome product!!!!lite,durable and it floats like cedar!!!Try those product,im sure you will like them a lot!Cheers.Dan

Hi guys!!I made a mold a few weeks ago from a protype of a shallow version of my deepdiver crank!I molded a few ones last week and got one in the boat for some testing!!!At first it was realy not running well!No action at all!!!####tt!!!!100$$$to make the mold and the damn crank was not working a all!!The next day I tryed a other lip(a smaller one and more square)and bag!!!!The perfect action that i wanted!!!!what a joy to see it swim like I was dreaming about!!!SO!!!dont give up guys!!!Some times it takes a lot of testing to make a crank swim the perfect way but it is wort the time !!!Will post some pics of musky's caught on it pretty soon!!I hope!!!lol!!!cheers.muskydan666 ps:there is a pic of the tester!No paint on it!!!lol!My fishing partner what to try it like that!!!lol!!!It is so ugly!!!hope it's not good!!!

Hi fatfinger!!Nice to see a musky treat!!Never fish for musky with poppers!!But i am pretty sure that they could work nice!!but try to make a popper that can work fast!!I am sure that it would catch more muskys!!prop surface lures are very good on night fishing!!!I made one a few years ago and it work very nice!!I am addicted to musky night fishing!!For me it's the best time to be on the water!!It's peaceful and there is no other boats!so the fish are feeding big time for sure!!!ad a lot of success on night fishing in the past!I like to troll whit some spinner baits at night!!!allways got a lot of fish that way!!dont realy know why but it's a very productive pattern!Hope to see some nice musky pics on your popper later !!!cheers.muskydan666

Interesting!!!I juste made a mold for my lure!It's a shallow version on my deep diver that i am making sins a few years now!AND!!!IT Hunts!!I made my testing runs last summer whit a prototype!The action was awesome!!At first I was sure that he was not tuned well!!!!But that was not the case!!Perfect action!!!left center,more left and center again,right,center...Jack pot!!!I just molded the first about 30 min.ago!!I hope that it will do the same as the prototype!!!If so!!I got there a perfect lure for musky fishing!!!I'll let you know!If it's still a perfect lure in a few weeks!I realy hope so!!A lot of work on that one!!!Cheers and good luck guys!

WOW!!!What a topic!!!Very interesting!!First of all!english is not my first language so It would be dificult for me to say all that I have to say about that treat!!!Lure making is a hobbie for me!and for the majority of the tu member!Trial and error is a must in lure making!!And I must say that I like that part!!!!lol!It's like at the casino! when you win you are so glad!!that is one of the greatest moment of your life!!For a lure maker!!!The first lure that works and that can catch fish!!!!!what a accomplisment!!!!SO!!!let keep thing's like they are!!there is a lot of knowledge in here to help every one so why should whe complicate that wounderful thing!!!!lure making whit some math!and trigonometrie,geometrie and all those other things!!!??I allready have to deal whit that in my day job!+ and - .001!I dont think that it realy matter in lure making!!!Have some fun and catch fish!That is what I think about that,BUT that is my opinion! cheers,Dan
