  1. Vodkaman, I designed the dies on autocad and had a local machine shop make them. My cost was 1500.00 they knock out four at a time. It also has a backstop and a cut off to remove the scrap. The dies have a knife edge that allows it to cut through the material half way and then punch it the rest of the way out. This set up will punch out around 3800 pieces an hour. Now thats alot of lips!
  2. Use two hoops with the bait inside clamped together with clothes pins.

  9. Guys, I recently tried this on my poison tail mold and they still stick! Any other ideas?
  10. I recently tried Tally's tutorial on plastic sealer for crank baits. The problem I am having is once the plastic cups are dissolved they are settling on the bottom. Even after stirring or shaking up the jar they still settle within a minute. All recommendations will be greatly appreciated!!!
