one other thing, do give these recipes the guys give you a try. They know better than I when it comes to colors. They have been doing soft plastics for a long time, and have formulated colors before some of these colors even became avail. I think you will have a lot of fun as I do trying this out.

Yes, however I did not flour it. I left the salt (superfine) the way it came out of the container. I find that by not flouring the salt I can get away with less color. You just need to make sure you stir, stir and stir.

Here is something that I'm giving a try. I took some worms and placed them in a plastic bag used for vacum packing and seal the bags with oil and scent for about 2 hours. I did this with the worms right out of the molds. I did notice some bubbles leaving the surface of the worm. My point being that I'm hoping that the oil and scent permiated the baits. Thoughts on this adventure?? Interested how you folks feel about this idea.

I use quick book, a great small business program and very easy to set up and use. you keep all the records and transactions, does inventory, you print out a spread sheet and let your tax people take it from there.

Hey Craw,
Consider peanut oil, I read an article that the Gov. used this to keep plane and jet engines lubed during ww2. It takes a lot of heat without breaking down and its cheap. would like to see your proto type when you get it figured out.
