  1. I got my sample of Haug sauce, Great stuff, I received my samples and brought them to my tournament meeting and gave some baits away and brought the scent with me, I guess one of the guy's thought it was one of the freebie's because I never seen it again, bummer of it was I just got it that day and never got to use it, LOL Doug scent me another bottle ( Great Guy ) well I spilled a few drops on the concrete, And my dog found it and started rolling in it, so you know it is got to be good if the dog is rolling in it. Thanks Doug, will be ordering a big bottle or 2 soon.
  2. Anyone know were I can get Good quality worm binders without someones name on them, and or get my own name on them ?
  3. PLT Were is that stay warm pot ? I was thinking of the High production pressure pots LC Sells
  4. What size gear motor and RPM and Torque does it have, and does anyone know were else other than Lure Craft to get a reasonable priced one ?
  5. Thanks Saint. Our grocery store has the canning pickling salt I used that last year and it is the best I found so far.
  6. Someone last year said they could have it done but it was like $2000 to get started.
  7. Saint, I found Diamond Crystal brand in canning and pickeling salt, is this what your speaking of ? I got my super salt today from ozarks and if I would have known it was flowered I would not have gotten it.
  8. The cheap RTV molds , baits come out a bit dull Aluminum come out shinny. Bob's tackle shop is comeing out with the best pouring 2 piece molds and best detail molds, (Cal I hope you get that tube mold to work )
  9. Thanks Nova, I am tring for the fall rate of yamies but with more translucent. Hey saint do you grind it or use it the way it is ? Can you get it at local stores ? I have some salt coming from ozark as I need to order some glitter so I thought I would give it a try.
  10. Seeing this was lost how about seeing what others have come up with as far as salt they use and how much salt they use.
  11. Excellent mold and pours just as good. It will not fit under a Lee pot unless you modify the pot, I took and cut my bottom plate shorter and then wished I would have taken the bottom plate off and attached a piece of wood to it and screwed it down to something sturdy.
  12. Nice job. Now is the soft plastic from a 2 piece mold ?
  13. Hey No need to be sorry, I probably had no right to say what I did, I did not mean any harm, sorry if it sounded like that, I know being new you need everything spelled out, LOL As far as the cheapie micro I have been down that road and I burned the box, well a week later the micro would shut off because it was cheap, I ended up buying another one.
  14. Micro, try and get one that has digitals not a dial timer. Not the cheapest one you can find but one that is about 900 to 1100 watts. Pyrex cup Butter knife. Heat and pour from same cup, Pyrex cup is in your local stores in the kitchen supplies, it is a glass measuring cup. Don't take me wrong here but, Try and re-read the posts that you started, it seems your not reading them well because you keep asking same questions that people have answered ?. Keep practicing.
  15. If you do not like it, not all is wasted, I will purchase it from you.
  16. Hey B P here is a thread to tell you the different items to seal with, you might need to seal it depending on what type of material you are using, this is what will give it the shine here is the thread http://www.tackleunderground.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7692
  17. Still not hot enough in my opinion, the 1/2 tbs is probably not going to effect much, yamy senkos need 1 cup plastic 1/2 cup salt to get same rate of fall Try 1/2 cup plastic and see what happens, it is harder to pour a full cup and you will not pour a cup of plastic before you have to re-heat it. It also needs a steady fast thin stream to fill a 2 piece mold.
  18. You also mentioned you like the feel of plastic and do not want to soften it up anymore, well after a day or 2 the bait will get harder, I even have trouble with calhoune plastic with no salt heated to 350 in a heated garage at 70 and I even heated the mold in a toaster oven, it is just not worth the hassel of pouring 30 baits and getting maybe 2 frogs out of it,
  19. Try it hotter. Give it another 30 secs in micro and keep going hotter until you find what works. I know what your going through. Even if you heat the mold and your plastic is not hot enough it still will not work.
  20. Try and get the plastic hotter, just to the burning point, That is just the way cal allways was with me. M-F is another supplier. http://www.fishingworld.com/M-F-Manufacturing/
  21. So with the U H S you just add it to the bag ?
  22. If your using calhoun plastic that is probably the problem, you will need to get the plastic to around 350 for it to pour and sometimes even higher then that. I have problems with all of dels 2 piece molds with calhoun plastic so I switched to M-F plastic..
  23.
