I don't understand this port on top to put water in? On my bottom feed, I can squirt some in there, and on the gravity feed brushes, well, it's pretty open!
Bob was speaking of a clear with a solvent, such as Dick Nite Lurecoat, I don't claim to know the makeup of Devcon or Flexcoat, but it seems that Devcon, at least, doesn't smear a sharpie.
Took the kids to Target to get some stuff, and noticed that they have Storm lure kits, and the most interesting thing - they each have a Thunderstick and Wiggle Wart blank in them, I'd love to get my hands on some of the Warts without having to buy a $15 kit!! They've got Warts right under that for $4 each, could buy 4 and repaint them for that
There was a thread recently about this same thing, I can't remember if it was before he crash or not, and is still here, but the guy found a source, might try searching, see what he came up with!
Yeah, they do look killer, but $2 set is steep! I would think that melting the plastic a little, by heating a metal rod up, touching it the the bait, then sticking the eye on, or soft bait glue would work to affix the eyes
I'd seriously try to incorporate a bench where everything would be close, or at least a rolling chair, but keep the microwave or stove close, the less you move hot plastic, the less chance of spillage!
Anyone used these blades? I'd like opinions, if you would.
I can't really find any information on what makes a blade good, just brands to look for, anyone have an answer for that, as well? Thanks!
