I have a new customer that likes zooms red shad color,but I dont have it? tryed LC and they dont have it either, I sure could use some TU help.

Iam currently using a drill press but cant reach the center with table top drill press and paddle bit. I would like to know any thing about poly flakes sounds interesting.

One customer purchased his in the spring and didnot use his plastics until early summer third cast the line broke, 14#berkley xt between the two hooks. This was the only complaint out of about 50.

Yes as a matter of fact I do fine green and fine blue,I attended Lurecrafts open house this past weekend and spoke to Shaun and his explanation,was to make sure you temps on your pot dont exceed 325 and make sure you have a thermometer in your pot to monitor temps,sounds easy but Istill have trouble with Lee pots spiking and burning , hope this helps.

I have tryed and have the mold with with the rigging station but even when Iwas successful with the correct snell tying knot, the line still degraded over time even when useing power pro braid 50#,I would love to know what process is needed?

Stay Warm Melting Pots has a 2qt pot starting at around 550.00 and a4qt for 660.00,both have a one year warranty.Iam still try to find out about what type of mixer to buy ?

James what size tip do you use and ,Iwas referred by sales rep to purchase a mixer from a company called Indeco,can you help with that?

:)Iam sure some oneout there uses a Stay Warm melting pot ,Iam thinking about up gradeing to produce more volume.Anyone that has pros or cons I would be intrested in .The addiction grows worse!

Iuse a table top drill press with a 5/8 paddle bit in it works quite well.

:(Having a tough time with one of my melting pots that has a personality all its own. Running no higher than the #2 setting Iam still getting the plastisol just hot enough to drain through,but still ending up scorching just enough to melt my glitters,.035green .035blue.Iam not shure if the glitters I purchased from LC are not possibley bad,or dont have enough adjtation to support the glitters.

I was wondering if any TU members had a formula for Slider Worms color, grape or junebug.

Have any of you tryed a water based sealer called,Mod Podge it works great and cleans up with warm water and soap.You can still retane quite a bit of detail,first coat drys in as little as 15 minutes and can be used in less than 24 hours,just apply a small amount of release againt or cooking oil with a small hobby brush. the adiction gros worse!

Thanks for the help,it is right on the money for Zoom cucumber.After you add the correct glitters and salt its very close to what i like, but Iam not the customer.The Poor Boys color has more of a amber brown color,but in between watermelon,and rootbeer,with the green side cast, possibley from the green glitters,and useing the stingblack or possibley the stringgreen.This is the part that I have enjoyed over the past couple of years about this hobby|buisness.
