I use a 150 psi commercial 6 gal nail gun compressor. I put a moisture trap with a regulator on it. The moisture trap will catch any water that is in the air supply to the air gun and on older tanks it will catch and small rust partials.

I used to build fishing nets (steam bend) and I tested gorilla and titebond III. They both held but if you left the net done with gorilla glue in the direct sun the glue would soften enough that I can slide the wood a hair. (Going back 4 years) Titebond III did not have the same effects.

I use a pitcher of water and put it inside a cooking pot. Make sure the pitcher is full to the top. Put the bait in the pitcher of water and submerge it. Weigh the water that spilled out of the pitcher into the pot.

Nothing but metal will survive bluefish.
