  1. Mike, Man that is cheap!!!!! and they ship it for free? you say the quality is fine? Are you cutting your tails in the same manner that i explained?
  2. go with the Pyrex and micro if your doing it for yourself. Its the best way for small production.
  3. Chad, It looks nice--- Just don't get all caught up in trying to get an exact color match of another big manufactures bait. Come up with your own colors, colors guys cant get from the big boys!!!!
  4. bojon, I found a used one for $100 bucks.a 3ton arbor press is much more than that new. I haven't started production yet im waiting on my dippers to be made so i don't have a piece rate yet.
  5. Thanks Wally, I wont be putting a chamber in them but all you have to do is stuff a cotton ball in it soaked with scent. Here is a new color GoldenCharShinner
  6. Squigster, Just to let you now my "HD" tails are dipped 3 times. I personally like a thicker tail.... I would stick with 2 at least.

  11. I'm a ups Driver by day pourer at night LOL. Anyway i deliver to a Company that makes die cutters for the box industry and other apps. they put that together for me for free. If i get big enough im going to have them make me a real big one that i can put in a klicker press. that would be the way to go for big production.
  12. It works great, I lay the tubes on the blades, the 2 lines on the board are markers for a 1 inch body or 2 inch body. I then put a piece of rubberized belting material over them then a piece of wood over that then press them with a 3ton arbor press. go to this link to see a few i did http://www.tackleunderground.com/forum/showthread.php?t=11937
