    BITE ME ROWHUNTER! YOU CAN HAVE THIS ONE FOR YOUR ROWBOAT AND 2 DECK OF CARDS! Im thinking about starting a rowboat gambling casino on Lake Norman... now all I need is a boat and a Indian Guide with proper paperwork for legal issues. 351mustang... I sell a few every now and then..but the more I sell the more work I have to do.. I would rather just call and bug Dino all day long and watch the Price is Right at 11am.

    Thanks guys! I have to thank Rowhunter and Dino aka Lure Professor for their help with the foil. They told me it's easy to do just take your time etc...my first 10 or so took forever.. and looked horrible .. wrinkles everywhere..threw a bunch in the junk box and gave up 2 years ago.... but once I got the hang of cutting it with the hobby knife and pressing it down with something smooth like the hobby knife handle it actually not that hard if you take your time just like the ROW and Dino said... as for the scale detail I just use the diamond grid handle on my hobby knife tool and press really hard up against the bait to make a imprint. only problem is you hands start to hurt like hell after you foil 2 or 3 baits.

    JIMMY I CAN NAME THAT TUNE IN 3 NOTES! Remember that show.. where was I.. oh yeah.. If you want something done quick on this site your hurting.. WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE FIX THE SLOW SITE PROBLEM. You can make that bait work they way it is.. However it would work better if the middle part was the smaller than the head piece.. why is that I HAVE NO CLUE other than 2 years of trial and error.. I have always found that the smaller middle parts work best in 3 part designs. Now if you dont want to mess with it all and you want it to work STICK A LIP IN IT! and IT WILL SWIM.. that is the FIX ALL for swimbaits..Im going to say alot of the swimbaits sold in the US with LIPS in them are designs that didnt SWIM RIGHT LIPLESS. Just my opinion and im sure I will get beat up over it.. I have made some great swimbaits with lips.. that didnt swim worth a flip lipless. Good luck take care. Matt

( THAT CAME FROM A inside Lure Professor type of SOURCE) SO Suck it up and deal TEBO you lost!...Tiger your on your own, even with all of my marketing ability I couldnt get you out of this mess!.. and for the rest of you no good epoxy usin lovers.. DONT LIE WE ALL KNOW YOU GOT A MAN CRUSH ON TIM TEBO TOO!.... EPOXY IS NOT THE BEST CLEAR COAT made! ITS A DAM GOOD GLUE and that is it!. and guess what cupcakes it was made to be a GLUE not a CLEAR COAT! As they say in Nascar.. the tires arent bad.. we just do bad things to them to make the cars go faster. Im always looking for new and better ways to improve quality.. I stopped using epoxy to clear coat them long time ago. once you start tryin something else out and get it down...you will say why did I ever use that stuff in the first place. PLUS IT WAS TURNing MY EYE LIDS RED AND MY SKIN WAS PEELIN OFF!!!! THINK ABOUT THAT TOO WHILE YOUR USING IT! I agree with Dean.. DN is great stuff.. just hard to learn how to use at the start.. but once you get it on your bait it stays on your bait! The Rookie

    STEP 1 CARVE BAIT STEP 2 SEAL IT WITH 30 Min EPOXY STEP 3 SAND IT STEP 4 SEAL IT AGAIN WITH 30 MIN EPOXY STEP 5 SAND IT AGAIN AND IF ITS SMOOTH MOVE ON TO STEP 6 STEP 6 PRIME IT...if you still see holes or spots you want to fix do step 7 if not skip it! STEP 7. Spread BONDO GLAZING PUTTY all over the bait to cover up minor flaws from epoxy AND SAND AGAIN STEP 8. PRIME IT AGAIN.. now if your bait should be smooth. STEP 9 PAINT THE BAIT STEP 10 CLEAR COAT THE BAIT STEP 11 CUT THE LIP SLOT SO YOU CAN GLUE IT TO THE WOOD without all the layers of paint epoxy etc in the way.. your new epoxy will soak into the wood and create a really good bond. IF YOU HAVE ANY MORE QUESTIONS ask Dave.. cause after these 11 STEPS I QUIT and IM goin fish the bait I made come hell or HIGH WATER DUE TO GLOBAL WARMING. If it gets any more complex Im going start making controlled environment stations out of recycled nose snot on the north pole to try and save the OVERPOPULATED POLAR BEARS! LOL... YOUR A JOKE AL GORE! I think Im going start paintin a all GREEN LURE and CALLING IT ALL GREEN! Currently we have more Polar Bears on Planet earth then we have ever had in our history! And the POPULATION IS INCREASING EACH YEAR! STOP DRINKIN THE AL GORE KOOLAID or smokin pot in California with those IDIOT OVER PAID ACTORS! If I have too here one more person say IM GOIN GREEN I THINK I WILL PUKE up Lacquer Thinner all over ground just to SPITE THE MAN!!     Forgot to add the info about the fish... 4 pound 5 oz Spotted Bass caught on Lake Norman. Very nice spot for our Lake. The state record 6.5oz was caught 2 or 3 years ago. I was kinda excited at first cause I thought I had something.. it was so fat! But then I put it on the scale and my excitement was gone...hold on a min someone is asking me a question.. I took my computer to the lake and Im fishing right now as your reading this... "WHAT's THAT SIR.. YOUR LOOKIN FOR CHARLIE..? Yeah he drives a Legend boat.. ..OH I KNOW WHERE YOU CAN FIND HIM! If your lookin for Charlie GO NORTH! LEAVE MY GARDEN ALONE."

    CHARLIE COULD WE PLEASE FISH THE LOWER END of Norman NEXT TIME!!! PLEASE!!!!! I dont just know the lower end on Norman.. I planted a garden on one of the island last year so I would have food to eat while Im fishing!!.. As for the picture.... This is my impression of how Dean McClain looks when he holds up a fish whenever he sends me a photo! I would do an impression of gator but he is still castin away at Three Amigo's and lookin for a Taco!

    You didnt heat set your paint enough when you used your DN clear coat. Take a hair dryer to it and dry it like crazy.. then let it sit for 24 to 48 hours before you clear coat it. If you want the best guy to ask about DN on TU PM! DEAN MCCLAIN.. Its not your primer or your paint. The Rookie
