  1. Put on your base coat then reheat and put some powder paint on a brush or in a straw an tap the brush/straw to give it a light shake and shake some powder paint on the area you want painted to get the second color ......... guys here do it all the time
  2. If you'll do $40 PP shipped then I'll take it
  3. I have both the Jet and the Harbor Freight ........... the Jet hands down if you can afford it ........... Harbor Freight if cost is a factor

    Alabama Rig!

Hey guys ........ this rig should be legal in all states if you don't use more than 2 hooks. We've been using it here in Maryland for stripers for a LONG time and we can only have 2 hooks on a rig. The key is to have smaller lures without hooks on the short arms and a larger one a foot or more back with a hook .......... it looks like a small fish after minnows ........ the big fish go for the larger lure in the back everytime
  6. I'll take it ....... $80 Pay Pal
  7. Bojon ............ sell him a DVD ......... it's REALLY worth the money if you have any left and it will answer all his questions and then some .......
  8. Sent emails to that email address and posted here and pm'ed here ......... no response
  9. This guy is totally non responsive ........ offer withdrawn

    Alabama Rig!

Good luck with the patent ....... it's been used for stripers for decades ....... called an umbrella rig. Here in MD you can only have 2 hooks per lure so you put smaller lures w/o hooks on the wire arms and tandem 2 larger lures behind them so it looks like a couple of swimbait size fish chasing bait .......... catches tons of fish .......
  11. I'll take them ....... email sent
  12. What's you wife's email address ............ I want to offer $10 for her to pay me to take your lead pot off your hands and save you major medical bills Glad you're ok ............ but DANG ....... that was funny .......
  13. I'll take the Palmer Hot Pot $25 shipped Pay Pal ......... and as much lead as your willing to include
  14. How did you adapt it? Does it fit the standard molds/blending blocks?
  15. Did you look at the Mirage Flashabou sheets
  16. You might need to open the pour hole a tad more ............ I have a ton of the larger heads (4-12 oz spire heads) some times those big 8/0 hooks block the lead flow by blocking some of the pour hole
  17. I think it might soften at lower temps .......... some rod builders remove pieces by soaking then in very hot water ..........
  18. you don't even need to fold the end closed .......... just shape the JBweld in the end and around the rod ......... I'll post pictures of mine if I can get the time this weekend ........
  19. I use copper piping w/JB Weld to round the nose and some bent heavy scrap rod for the handle ..........
  20. first buy Bojon's video on tube making and then upsize the molds he shows you how to make ........... that's what I did and it works great with the horizontal dipping .......... biggest problem though is making the head hard enough so it doesn't collapse in the retrieve ............ I either use a cork/wood nose if it is to float or a lead plug cast via a mold on the hook depending on whether it is to float or sink ................ they work on stripers ......... but haven't used them that much .........
  21. Ahhh ........ now that sounds more like it ....... no apologies necessary ........ glad you figured it out ........
  22. THanks for the information but I don't believe you are going to pour 325 degree plasticol into something that is hotter than molten lead and not have it burn to a crisp and it heated to 825 degrees in a 400 degree oven ........... that just don't make sense ........ so I guess I'll poke
  23. The last lead mold in the picture is a minnow type model 3405 ....... I'll offer $20 shipped to Baltimore MD Paypal for that one. Also, I'm not sure some of your listings match the pictures ...... I believe that is also a jerkshad aluminum plastic mold that is in the picture but not listed. THanks Rick
  24. So why atr the swimbait molds on the updated list when I said I would take them and you sent me an PM saying they were mine?
  25. I'll take both of the swimbait molds if you'll take PP and include the shipping
