I saw JR's and I liked them too. Havn't had a chance to give them a try yet. Yours look good. Your lure looks like a real fish. Very smooth and fluid and easy to start swimming at slow movement. I like the way those pectoral fins flare out.

The Red, me too. It looks good and in the water swimming, its the red again it really stands out. I like it. The shape and detail of your bait impresses me.
John
Wow Diemai, you have been very busy. These are all very nice. I like the design of the TU inspired lure. I also like the almost Aussie shape. Hope you catch lots of fish on these.
John
Diemai, That is a good looking lure. That is pretty impressive, to get that much depth from a high floater. I like the curved lip also. Did you make it from Aluminum or Stainless. The paint scheme looks good too.
Thanks Dean for the confidence booster. I too think it will catch fish. Good Idea on the twin-tail I hadn't thought of that. Its small body should offer less resistance in the water and give it even more action. I will give it a try. Last year I found a cove that is loaded with brush piles and had some good bass in it. I lost several cranks in that stuff. I will be giving this one a trial run there in three weeks.

Gosh, if it wern't for the joints they would at first glance pass for real fish. Those are really nice. Just curious Mark I know you make these for catching big fish. What is the smallest bass you or your friends have ever caught on one of these? The largest?
John
Nice bait. You are right, It isn't easy installing and making everything line up square and straight on these small baits. Bit the end result is well worth the effort and it looks like you did a very good job of it. That lip willl really enhance the action of it also. What material did you use to make it Wish I could see how you had it hinged. Good job.
John
Those are nice. I remember my dad having some of these in his old tackle box, I think he used to troll for Wall-Eyes with them. Don't know whatever happened to them.
Thanks Rob. Not from me you won't have competition. Its just a hobby for me, I have no intentions of selling these and if asked, my price would make a person mad. Grandson is doing well and he's smart too. He will be 10 months old on the 25th. He is the focus and joy of my life right now. I have only been fishing twice this year. Most of my spare time is devoted to being with and watching him growing up. All these lures will be going in a special tackle box just for him.
Hope you are doing good under these hard economic times. See ya .
John
Thanks guys for the compliments, but you and all the other gurus on TU are the ones who taught me how to make it work. I don't think I would have ever made one swim without your help. So the compliments go to you.
