  1. yes my bob.you react the good way. i have recently seen purely wrong things posted .i didn't react but i should.this board is like a book andi know someone somewhere could end with a lot of waisted money,by the fault of the guy that suggest bs and by the fault of all the guys that didn't say a single word when they were aware that is was not true. we all want to sound like a good jack ,but at the end it's stupid .
  2. hey mark did you have ever got trouble without the glue or it's just to make sure ? it look already really solid from all the vids i have seen
  3. perfect .it look really tuff ! im very impressed. my choice will be bondo for sure .look at that vid.

  5. tks to both of you. bob it look like you got it,i think it's for car but it's strange every google image search that i made with the key word activator end up with European product . edit ive found your bondo ,it look like exactly what i want
  6. hi bob do yo know a good brand ? doe's these things have a kind of red paste called activator or something ? tks
  7. guys did you know a good way to fill up the slit when you make a true wire wooden crankbait .im looking for something else than epoxy mixed with wood dust. i have seen a kind of putty with an activator. but i know nothing about it,is that good what's the good brand etc
  8. here they are ,it worth the wait.nice looking paint job
  9. fishcandy did you mix that with your paint to using it via your airbrush or you mix it with epoxy ? tks
  10. really nice but im sure it's even nicer under the sun
  11. i think i'll try a tennis ball containers .just to don't have to sand i think i'll love the idea. tks sir
  12. bob zinsser bin is not to be used as a sealer and don't have to be used that way at least about water protection. i think we don't care if the lure smell smoke or like a dog lol.anyway the name is clear enough B-I-N® Shellac-Base Primer i have made multiple test and that thing stick really well to a lure sealed with epoxy, and acrylic stay awesomely well to it. here is a lil vid that show is primer property Shellac-base primer-sealer For interior and spot exterior use Greatest stain sealer Seals knots and sap streaks Seals pet, smoke and musty odors Sticks to all surfaces without sanding
  13. bob i use etex for wooden baits, and 2 tone will be just for spinnerbait and touch up . were did i say that i will chose one more than the other about their forgiveness ? i was just telling a fact .
  14. guys were did you buy you color shift glitters ?
  15. here is something cool for thr g finish lovers .one of these look a lot like gfinish but i think it would cause some chipping ?
  16. at 1.20 CFM @ 90 PSI is not even 1/4 of what we need for a good atomization.
  17. dipping for small lure sound good but for big one im not so sure and it always finish with a bottle with not enough paint to fully covered the lure. maybe it could work ok with the right container ? thanks
  18. ive got a really bad news.it look like my compressor will not be okay. my cfm are too low for a spray gun here is the specs . i think i'll have to forget about the good idea of a spray gun.i invest more than 1000$ of things related to lure making .that' enough .i'll use all my bottles of autoborn sealer with my eclipse .5mm then i'll brush and sand my 2 cans of bin Horsepower: 1/5HP Displacement: .81cfm (23 L/min) Max. Pressure: 57psi (4 bar) AMP (110V): 1.0A
  19. yeah it's for musky lure.do you think a airbrush compressor with 45 psi max is enough ?i have been told it will not be ok ,but many hvlp gun have a maximum of 35 psi. maybe there is other parameter that can have a roll that i didn't know ?

  21. yeah it's me again with my millions of questions lol im looking to pay less than 70 usd to spray my primer what brand could you suggest me,there is so many model to choose ? is that possible to use these mini gun with a regular airbrush hose? there was a tester at a local shop it was a dewalt 1mm and i was impress by the mechanism ,it was smooth but it mean nothing ,it could spray really bad .i guess a small (1mm) nozzle is the best for lures around 10 inch?
  22. impressive . i'll follow your tips,i'll order a cheap mini spray gun
