  1. Very Nice. I can say I've tried to make this mold, and it is not an easy task. I eventually gave up on Plaster. My buddy ended up making a two piece out of rtv. Have you fished a flat sided paca before? I'm curious if they have the same fish catching abilities???
  2. Curious what type of hooks folks are using out there. I've heard the VMC 9131 is a good choice (but impossible to find). Also been looking at the Mustad 91711NPBLN and 91750D. I'd like to use a long shank 90 hook of good strength. I use a 1/0 Mustad Needle Point in my peanut jig mold with great success. If only I could find a hook of comparable strength and price (but long shank). What are you using? Does anyone know what the major manufactures are using (size, brand, materials)? It seems difficult to find the right hook. Thanks. Jason
  3. Del-Mart....... I am looking for a standard blue, like the primary color blue. Much like the blue in the add above for "POWERPAK'. Thanks. Jason
  4. I'm looking for blue colorant from Calhoun's. I purchased the "blue fleck" and it is really a purple color. Has anyone tried the "marine blue" or "royal blue". Much appreicated. Jason
  5. It is NOT the paca craw. Is the Tiny Paca Chunk. http://www.lakemartintackle.com/ProdImages/tinypacachunk.jpg I just made a 2 piece POP mold this evening. Will update on my findings. - Jason
  6. 2 things I guess. Lurecraft's mold is 1 piece and I don't think will deliver the action that NetBait is famous for. On the patent issue. How does that work? Am I in violation if I make a mold of a patented lure, even if I only use the bait for "personal use"? Thanks. Jason
  7. Has anyone made a two piece mold for this bait? Did you have any problems? What material did you use to make the mold? Did you need to make air holes? I'd really like to start making these and want to make my own mold, but I wonder how well it will work since the claws are so small. Any thoughts from the peanut gallery? Thanks. Jason
