That was to print off 500 pages I did 100 pages of bussiness cardslike the back I got 10 cards per page. and 400 pages of the tags I got 4 to a page. TCcustom

I went to Kenkos and had them print out my logo on card stock and then cut them out it wasn't too bad 48.00 plus the cost of the paper. Here is how it turned out.

I make a Arky head with a flat eye Gamakatsu hook. I make the 1/4 with 3.0 and 3/8 with 4.0 hooks. Thanks TCCustom

That is why I call mine a Southern Shaker http://www.tccustombaits.com/. I also have a different Design. I have the 30 Lb split ring and make the blades myself. Seems like the only do something if you use the name Chatterbait. When anyone can get a blade from Barlow's or Janncraft not sure how they can have a patent to protect that. TCcustom

I couldn't find a mold that you could put a prink or Hichhicker in so I just altered the Do-it-Mold I had. I had a simple ball mold with no color. I used a dremell and gound out here I wanted the spring to go, A little grove for the wire and then a big cavity for the coil to lay in. worked real well. Use J&B wield to fill the area you don't want lead in.if you have a colared jig mold. Here is the end result. Here are some other jigs I have altered for soft plastic TCCustom

I have been making them with the Hitch Hikers. Just grind out a grove and open up the clip then lay it in and pour. I have also made some jigs with the screw locks and a Chatter style bait. Here are some pics

I got 1 lb jars from here 13.00. http://www.csipaint.com/powderpaint.htm i also got a fluid bed and it makes a world of difference. Goodluck TCCustom

Something is stopping your mold from closing all the way that is why the other two are closing up but not the one further out. check all your surface area. Fedxpress

Where do you get the Teflon tubes from, do you leave them on when you stick the jig in the oven to cure. Thanks TC Custom

I get It from a medical company it has a little Tin in it. I can pour 12 great then the nest 3 are bad. Then the next 5 are good and 6 bad, then 6 good and 2 bad. No rhyme or reason I have tired different angles and such. Can't figure it out. As soon as I think I do I pour some bad. not always in the same cavity. TCcustom

I pour a arky style jig to make my chatter Style baits, I use a lead that has a little tin in it. When I pour ball heads I have no problem, but when I pour the arky jigs I get a lot of unfilled cavity in the shank, sometimes only in one of the three sizes, other times two will pour ok and one want. I can't figure it out so I just pour and re-melt what doesn't work. Will adding wax help this out. Im new here and just started pouring these jigs. Thanks TCCustom
