When it comes to taxes, check with your state as any finished product is taxable as salable inventory. As long as you have raw material, you can take a tax deduction. Just don't hold a lot of finished inventory at the end of the year.
I use natural search salt and put it in a blender to powder it. It stays suspended in the plastic better.

I have a sample of a 10" stick bait and can't find any information about it. It has the machining lines on one side and it's smooth on the other side. Also has a tapered tail. (Almost a pencil tail.)I'll try to post a pic.

We Farm it out and pay .12 cents per bag. To get our tubes to stand up in the bag. We took a hair pick, removed every other prong, slide the tubes onto the pick, bag over tubes and remove.
