  1. I have a lot of customers that like the bt bomb. I use the 702 craw more than any other plastic.
  2. Montessori has the fight idea. You shouldn't have any problems getting some good baits.
  3. Merry Christmas and may God bless all.
  4. Great looking baits. I'm going to try this for myself. Any problem with the body adhering to the claws?
  5. Water works great but you have to dry them off. I picked up a small wooden rack at hobby lobby for 5 bucks and hang them on it.
  6. I've been dealing with them from the time they started and they have been the best with customer service.
  7. I've been dealing with them from the time they started and they have been the best with customer service.
  8. We paid a high school girl 10 cents per bag and she bagged them while she watched t.v. we would drop off several boxes of baits and showed her how we wanted them packed. She did a great job and was real fast, to bad she went off to college .
  9. Can anyone here help me with information as to where I can purchase a passenger side console for a 2001 triton tr19? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Gary
  10. I pour mine in a fry daddy with heat control. I can shoot enough to last for several trips and have extra for some friends.
  11. We have used a band heater to heat and keep the plastic hot in a pressure pot. Have also had an agitator placed in the top and a cocktail valve in the bottom to use as an injector for large batches. Not the safest method but it works.
  12. You can try a small band heater on a pressure pot. Boiling peanut oil and plastisol are not good together.
  13. 3.75 is the only way to go.
  14. Full face shield is a must. Leather gloves and long pants. Hot plastic sticks like glue and the scars are for life.
  15. We have used these pots for 12 years now. There is a learning curve but it is much easier to pour thin layers and small baits. They will rust easy but we put a coat of vegetable oil on the inside after cleaning to prevent this.
  16. Had a few samples of soap coloring and pearl colors given to me a few years ago. They worked real well but I can't remember where he said he had gotten them. It may be a cheaper alternative for you to try and there is a whole lot of different colors to experiment with.

Yes, contact the manufacturer and ask for the MSDS report. This will give you the chemical information and side effects of their product.
  18. You have a customer for life. Nice looking bait. (And better looking fish.)
  19. You may want to try a Lee pouring pot also. That will help you get the practice to not overflow the mold.
  20. Yea,the 702 is a much better craw. The mold shoots great and you have a smooth looking bait.
  21. Has anybody priced their sample table top model???
  22. After working from 5:00am til 10:00 pm for several years, I had a heart attack. The money is just not worth your health. Keep it between a few fishing friends until you get more time to commit to your "hobby". You will be better off in the long run.
