  1. Bass Tackle has the locking pin on the injectors. This is a major safety plus.
  2. I searched mondo fishing on ebay and it's just anouther monthly subscription box of Googan baits. Didn't see anything special.
  3. You may try to shoot a little air into the bait with a hypodermic needle.
  4. Yry some gold pearl powder from your local auto and boat repair shop. Most of those guys fish and would be glad to help out with some new colors for a bag of baits.
  5. I purchased a cheap meat grinder from harbor freight to grind my old baits. Add a little heat stabilizer and you should be good to go.
  6. Get the injectors with the locking pins for added safety.
  7. You could go to a local boat or auto repair shop and see about getting some pearl micea they use in their paint. I know the Toyota pearl white is color code 051 and it will get you real close to that color.
  8. A very light coat of silicon spray.
  9. Yeah, that link has long been expired.
  10. I just recieved my laminate plates for the 702 the first of the month. No issues here.
  11. If those are the only companies that sell the mold you are looking for, baitjunkies or lure parts would be the way to go.
  12. I don't have the mad dad craw so I can't compare the two. I do have the ecto craw and it shoots great and has great action.
  13. Yup, aluminum flashing is the cheapest and easy to work with.
  14. Just recieved my laminate plates for the 702 craw 4 cavity mold and can't seem to get the craw to fill out. I have tried hotter plastic, slow injection, and holding pressure. Anyone else have this problem? If so, how did you solve it? Thanks in advance.
  15. No problem here, used chrome browser.
  16. I use cardboard flats from the local mom and pop store. They lay flat until I'm ready to bag them.
  17. Just contact the manufacturer and ask for mso. Its virtually the same as worm oil and cheaper.
  18. You would also need to consider events beyond your control. We had 127 stores carrying our product and all of a sudden... the financial crisis hit and 90% of those stores closed for good. None of us quit our jobs( which was a good thing.) But that could have been a major disaster. As Rtavis said, you need to figure in all aspects of what your job pays now.
  19. Just get the bass tackle and you will have greater efficiency and less time fixing, adjusting, tweaking, and repairing your equipment. Best of all, piece of mind.
  20. I had some sitting on a self that had been exposed to the cold and had no trouble with it. (Kentucky winter.)
  21. Yes, FM bait in ky will shoot your molds. They changed hands several years ago so the quantity may have changed.
  22. You may try Bison bags also. They do a reverse print laminate bag and the bags have held up nice.
  23. Just charge the customer for shipping. If you are selling one pack of baits, after deducting plastisol, color, scent, flake, heat stabilizer, cost of molds and equipment, electric, and your time has to be worth something, there is no way you are going to make a profit if you pay shipping.
