I use the purple painters tape. Draw the fin on it with a sharpie cut it out with an xacto knife and put it on your bait. Then shoot it with what ever color you want leaving the stencil on I use a Micron 5mm marker that I cut the tip (kind of at an angle to make it plyable) on to make it very small and make quick strokes through your stencil. Makes a very nice fin. Oh yea make sure you make a reverse for the other side just stick 2 pieces of the tape together (sticky side together) before you cut it out and wa-la.........Have fun.......

It's not a bait but it was caught on one of my baits.....Had to show you all this one.....Caught it yesterday on a lake here in Ocala. My partner caught one about 5 min's earlier and as he was reeling it in he said dont worry about the net, its a small one, and it was. Well when this one hit I said the same thing until it got right next to the boat and came about a foot out of the water and started pulling drag..Holy #$^^$## we both said as he stumbled to the net. Landed it, and as soon as it was in the boat it spit the hook. (9lbs 2oz) cold, rainy, windy just a crappy day that fish made up for it........

Sometimes if i get bubbles when mixing on bottom of soda can I will take my blowdryer and blow hot air up into the can and bubbles dissappear.....

Love the colors on this one. Got my airbrush nozzles finally, called seven days after ordering and they said that they didn't even ship it yet. Well after some words with the manager I had them in 2 days...... -
Think that is what it was. Sanded real good and wiped off with alcohol. Blew it dry but I dont think it was dry enough. Wiped some alcohol on my table let it dry just a sec. and sprayed with the primer and wa-la there's the bubbles. I'll be sure to dry a little better next time.

Have any of you guys painted any of the high dollar baits (lucky craft, lake police, etc) After light sanding I spray with krylon primer and 1 out of 3 times the primer cracks or bubbles? Any ideas? I've been sanding and re-priming. Works but just add's another step I dont want.

Alright, I called capital today and talked to customer service. There not as bad as I thought. They said it was a computer glitch. (yea) . Got 3 nozzles 4$ apiece and 4$ shipping and handling. Much better. Will be able to get some more pics up soon.

There closed today, Im going to give them a call tomorrow and see if they can do a little better than that... Must be made of gold or something, huh......thought I was seeing things.
