How do you get the shiner to stay still while applying the epoxy? Do you freeze them first? lol..............Really great job. -
Yea, thats what I figured. Capital wants 16.95 for needle and tip and 10.95 for shipping, and takes a week or two. what a crock.

Broke the nozzle on my airbrush today. You know when you've got too many fumes in the room with you, you forget about righty tighty, lefty loosy. Took it off to clean some paint and just barley overtightened it and snap. Are these interchangable with other airbrushes. I have a capital 2006gf, great airbrush but I have to order and wait for parts. No one else carries them. Hobby lobby has tips for iwata, ithica, etc. Have not been there to check if they are interchangable, figured one of you would save me a trip.

Another question for the paint masters. I see a lot of crawdad patterns out there and Im just curious as to how you do it. Do you use a pattern or freehand. I tried cutting blue tape and shot around it but it really didn't look like what I was looking for.

8lber yesterday on this bait. Cold, Windy, really crappy day. Caught it on a sandbar drop off about 10ft deep. Really cool catching fish on your own patterns. Makes painting baits all worth wild..... -

Thanks alot. Seems like every time I have a problem I can check here and there's and answer to it. You all are really informative, and I appreciate it. New pattern I tried painting. Came out pretty good. Pic's still stink though. Noticed alot of you take pic's inside. Whats the trick.? Got a great camera but either too light or too dark, use macro, better outside but always glares. Guess that means the clear coat came out great....lol
