I am with Saint on this one I dont think the salt had anything to do with the fading colors.

My senkos are coming out with about half of the bait being hollow.I pour with Calhouns plastic.What am I doing wrong?

Yes it was an aluminum funel.

OK guys after looking at this thread I tried something and it worked pretty good I took a small funel that will fit in the mold and poured 2 colors in at once and had pretty good results.
