  1. Yeah they make a clear it looks milks in the bottle. Works good.
  2. I am in Birmingham Alabama
  3. For scales I use netting held on by clamps. I spray the paint and heatset it while the netting is still on there and then peal it off. You can use that stuff over and over and it's cheap too. I use a 99 cent comb for lines and use different sides of the comb depending on what size lines I want. I havn;t experimented with Frisket stuff yet but may do that do some gills and bluegill patterns I have in mind.
  4. Awesome...my wife is prolly going to divorce me.. You people stop posting these good deals!
  5. Hmmm my ground shipping was 10$... MAybe it depends on where you live...
  6. I use the regular Createx Airbrush paints ontop of the Krylon Fusion in Satin White and it works great!
  7. I ordered a 100LG, hopefully this will solve some of my airpressure issues having the gravity feed. I think the siphoning from the bottle on my Paasche is limiting me on some things I could be doing because my Aircompressor doesnt put out a lot of PSI.
  8. Sounds like the problem is heat setting I heat set at every clear coat and sometimes everycoat if I had to thin it a little bit. Also remember sometime it takes a second for the paint to spray if it is an older type gun like I have.
  9. Pretty pleased with this one. I messed up the Shad dot on one side and made it a little to big but it adds character.

  13. These are a few lures I just finished this weekend. Still new at it but I think I am slowly but surely getting the hang of it. This is a popper I did this morning. This is one I did yesterday, This was my attempt at a sexy shad type pattern, I adequately named this one the "Moderately Attractive Shad." This is for the average bass who is just looking for a good time but does not want anything long-term. The blues look really light with this camera for some reason, they are a little darker in person. I was happy with how they turned out. I really gotta get me a drying wheel it takes forever to hand turn these things and I don't do the best job.
  14. I got my order pretty quickly last week but I was missing 1 of the 10 Crankbait bodies I paid for...

    Member Numbers

Well... I will say this being a new Member I refrain from asking questions because I see a lot of people get the Third degree if they ask a question and it was previously asked 4 years ago. So instead of asking I search for it and spend about 2 hours going through old posts trying to answer my own questions with previous posts. This site is a plethora of knowledge but so far I don't have anything to add to it. If I come up with something new you guys will be the first to know..
  16. Wow that looks awesome! Nice Ingenuity on the Holders.
  17. this post really has helped me a lot, but I have a lot of baits I want to "Repaint" like a few Rapala Jerkbaits I don't like th colors on and some Plastic cranks that could just use a new paint job. Do you mind offering a step by step process I could follow to do a "repaint"?
  18. Wow Daddy Likes! Those look great!
  19. Wow those are amazing! Are they photos or did you paint that? Inquiring minds want to know..
