1st off I am not getting into who's is better and neither should you guys. Everything has it place in this industry.
Just a few months back people were telling us what we were doing was all wrong. It was dangerous and to costly.
Now look at what you have available to you. Tools that work for everyone. Tools that improve the appearance and quality of our baits. Tools that increase
our productivity ,and make this enjoyable and productive .
We tried hooking the injectors together but, they did not fit our process. We found through our trial and error that we could keep the injectors separated
so they would be easier and less time consuming to use and still get good results in doing so. I know for a fact that when the injectors are linked together as Kevin has these they will do a better job. The reason for this is is takes some of the user input out and makes the process of getting the laminate more consistent. This comes at a price, the price being the time it takes to take everything apart and put it back together again. Our design is much quicker but requires more user input to get the best results.
Our 1st Injectors had screw in nozzles and everybody hated them. When using salt they would lock up, they were time consuming and cumbersome to unscrew when they are hot.
The push in nozzles are fast and still very safe when used with common sense. To keep from pushing the nozzle back into your plastic why not do as they were designed to have done with them and hold the nozzle with your gloved hand and then purge back into heat source. That eliminates having to fish your nozzles out of hot plastic.. Our products we try to make fast and efficient but yes they do require a little more user input but if you are willing to put the effort into learning how to use them they are way more productive.
