    Thank you TU

After spending lots of time on the "learning curve", finally I've finished few pieces of "strange looking" wood . One of the reasons that they look like fishing lures is this forum. Without your knowledge ( and willingness to share it here) I will be probably still in the "deep woods" I'm probably exagerrating little bit, thinking that I've left that place (deep woods) already. Any way I would like to thank you all for sharing. Anything looking somewhat similar to work posted by some is only because I've needed little bit of inspiration. By no means it was attempt to "copy cat"' just for some reason I've loved the shape. So here they are, my first, hopefully not last, bathtub and swimming pool tested. I'm nervous, please be gentle http://www.tackleunderground.com/photos/file.php?n=3728&w=l http://www.tackleunderground.com/photos/file.php?n=3729&w=l http://www.tackleunderground.com/photos/file.php?n=3730&w=l
  2. I use one of cheap laser levels see here http://www.tackleunderground.com/photos/file.php?n=3203&w=l

Outstanding, flawless . This is my opinion. I'm myself on the bottom of the "learning curve":), and this kind of artwork:worship: keeps me going ( for the first time I'm p&%^d off that the day has only 24 hrs:angry:. Thanks for sharing:worship:

  9. I can only imagine what Musky can think:eek:. Just outstanding :worship:
  10. Bottom line is that, nominally one metric lure builder is equal to one imperial lure builder:). Everything else is just semantics:wink:
  11. I'm rotating with this machine:) . Exactly 1 rpm. Mostly I mount baits in horizontal position, but I have an option to go to almost full range between horizontal and vertical (it depends on the bait's lenght). Cannot comment on Devcon, because I use exclusively E-tex Light. No complains
  12. Mark here. I'm from Canada (about 60 km or 37.2822715342 miles:) ) east of Toronto, Ont. I'm 52, one wife:roll:, three kids, two cats and one dog. In electronics by profession, as a hobby: angler ,"garage engineer" and home grown woodworker. I do not have a problem with shaping piece of wood, but I have no idea what to do next. Some time ago I've built few hard baits, but they did not swim the way I've wanted, they did not look the way I've wanted, they were just piece of wood imitating fish's shape. About 1 month ago I've discovered TU and I'm . So much to learn, so little time. At this time I would like to thank all members of TU for sharing their experience:worship: . I hope one day I will be able to do this myself (I'm working on it ).
