  1. Keep it up guys .. makes the "Gray Matter" activate ... Indiana Blades replaced my Colorado blades long time ago and have never been a fan of Willow Leaf ... Colorado in the big sizes for deep as well as muddy water have there place. Instead of Willow leaf in clear water I go to a smaller Indiana ... Intesting about the water displacement but I think it all comes into the "Vibration" ... ??? I all ways have better luck with light weight frames ... Vibration ?? Looking for more comments ... Example not mentioned much was color and how that relates to the illusion of size along with the type of material for skirt and what about the trailer ??? A lot of question and a lot of opinions ..
  2. You can get the "Premium" quality of any of the suppliers and most are just that ... but I have found that just because they are there best does not mean that their lesser quality might be better fish producers and that is really the end results that you are lookin for ... Some of the thin light weight blades in a lot of conditions seem to produce better ... To me what is the best is up to what you test and find to be the best for your application. Just my .02 cents worth (now inflated to $1.02)
  3. I think some one made it before they did .... (Mr. Twister)
  4. Ditto Travis, Nova, Frank. For those really intent on making enough to live on & get "Big" a small % will make it ... I have watched some in their effort to do this and have found thru the years they ask your advice and then go ahead with what they were going to do any way .. You would be amazed at how many thru the years I have seen while on the road as a "jobber salesman" for wholesale fishing tackle, Marine, & Hunting supplies .. ask how to do it & to think they had the "Magic" lure .. More factors than I care to go into are involved .... but have plenty of money (& backing) know how not only to make the product but the know how to manage the whole thing. ... Nuff said ... 3 cents worth and good luck to all of you who are trying to make it big time .... JSC
  5. Thanx for the info. If you work with it some let us know how it turns out

  15. P Lead is great but ... if used ... MAKE SURE YOU MELT IT DOWN OUT SIDE IN ANOTHER POT THAN THE ONE YOU USE TO POUR FROM ... ADD IT CAREFULLY TO THE POT ..... MAY STILL HAVE SOME MOSTURE IN IT AND WILL MAKE A DANGEROUS SITUATION ..... Been there .. Done That ... JSC
