Wait, cold makes it cure faster than heat? Would I be able to apply the clear coat in side, run it outside into my garage and turn it by hand for ten or so minutes and it will be cured?
Sidewinder, will the drawdown still be in effect from March 21 till 30? I'm sure the fishing is still good after the drawdown, but it would be nice to get in on the low surface area beatdown!
Has anyone here fished this lake? I want to head down here for Spring Break and do some sow fishing. Does anyone know about boat rental and accommodations down here
If I mix my epoxy clear coat in a plastic cup, is there a way that I can store it without it hardening? Also, how long should I wait between epoxy layers? thanks for any responses...

excellent lake... does anyone fish from the shore here for bass. By shore I guess I should be saying harbor, and by bass I mean any type of freshwater fish you can think of. I have seen monster northern pulled out of Winthrop Harbor on the border of Illinois and Wisconsin and there are easy 6 lb lm bass visible from shore during the spawn. I can't wait to get up there and see what I can get. Back to the question, does anyone here fish the Great Lakes' multitude of harbors?
Bravepiper, where and what do you fish for in New York? There is a lot of fisheries, interested to see if your a salty of freshwater guy. And I also admire the work you do, seems like it takes a lot of guts.
why do you have to post your lures right after mine
Kidding...
Those are excelent. How do you get the wrinkled look? Whenever I shoot on foil it is always too thick and much of the glimmer is lost
-Keep up the outstanding work
what are the dimensions? I mean there are 4 rpm motors that are too small to turn baits on some websites, and it's hard to tell if they will work. Is there another measurement, such as voltage or fractional horsepower?
I just need to know where I can get a good motor that wont spin the baits too quickly. The mount and clips should not be hard to create. Where did you guys get your motors?
