i dont have dells toad mold but on the frog molds i use i have a lil recipe i use i use 4 oz medium plastic.before the plastic i heated i add .5 oz of hardner and 1 table spoon of super float bubbles.now heat as normal.add your color and flake after the plastic is heated.stur your scent in right before you pour the plastc into the mold.now with the dell mold.warm up the aluminum mold before you pour the plastic in it.you dont need the mold hot just warm.a cold 2 part alumionum mold will sometimes give you a hard time pouring so warm it up.also being you added a lil hardner right before you pour nuke the plastic for 30-45 seconds right before you pour.if you are using a pouring pot follow the same steps and raise your plastic temp to around 340 when you pour.this formula floATS GOOD AND THE HARDNER IMPROVES THE ACTION AND MAKES THE BAIT A LIL MORE TUFF.HOPE THIS HELPS .

what kind of resin are you using

what kind of resin is being used to make the molds im sure this has ben mentioned but i just got my computer back.

try a warm mold with hoter plastic. are you pouring a 6 inch bull frog?

very nice job.the backgrond in the pictures make the baits look like they might jump or swim off any second.do the baits have any paint smell?

maybe pour the mold witout the eyes then cut the bumbs off flat were the eyes would be then a drop of super glue then dip the bait just past the eyes.

try a small drop of super glue then dip the bait in clear plastic just past the eyes

what brand of flake is least likely to bleed or turn color ?

just wondering why are you useing a fryer to heat your plastic ?

try adding a drop of black to your red mix

they dont come apart were the two colors meet ?

if you get some pots you will just about double your production speed.but at a 1000 worms a day your still going to be there awhile. i have never used the injection machine but i would guess it would be even faster.but you will spend over a 1000 dollars per machine. maybe think of getting some help until you get cought up.
