i would lean more towards the plastic not being mixed enough try one of the bits the dry wall guys use to mix there mud this is what i use they come in differnt sizes and if you are useing the one gallon jug buy a real long extenion like you would put a socket on this mixs the jugs real well o yea make sure your drill is on low speed or you will have a mess.

a friend of mine is wanting some worms in a color called "weathered copper" before i start trying to duplicate the color i was hopeing on of you guys would have a formula for this color thanks in advance for the help.

i agree with 152nd street baits.most of the used baits are tossed into the boat.the ones the fish tear off are the ones on the bottom of the river.

i wanted a thick tube so i tripple dip them. -
sounds like bad batchs of the paint i have a couple differnt bottles and i dont use them but one or two times a week i shake them up real good so the seperation goes back and it always works fine for me.

i am with smallie on this one i more often than not walk away from a ebay auction shaking my head at what people are willing to pay. 25 and 30 dollars for molds that we can get for 15 dollars new.good job to the seller lol at the buyer.

some may put raw plastic in there lee pots ive allways nuked mine in the microwave then poured the hot plastic into the pot then add the color and scent then flake.maybe im wasting time but seems to work perfect for me.

if you get the melting pot you will still need the microwave to melt the plastic before you add it to the pot.i would get the microwave at the thrift store and still get the pot.

being wood maybe draw on with pencil so you can erase till you get what you want then go over the drawing with a drimel tool might work.

try popcorn salt its super fine but not powder like when you grind salt in a coffe grinder they have it at the grocery store and its cheep.

looks good.i dont have pics but i can tell ya what i use i went to wal marts fishing section and bouight 10 of there 2.50 flat tackle boxs you know the fLAT TRAYS THAT COME IN THE DUFFLE BAG TYPE TACKLE BAGS. you can adjust the trays in side to what ever size bait you are makeing.being made from plastic you can sray a lil worm oil on them and close the lid and there safe from the smells of your pouring room till you are ready to bag them up.
