  1. Welcome............At least you`ve got your priorities straight.
  2. Interesting . Looks like the puppy will have plenty of weave by way of it`s design. You may be on to something.
  3. Second look at this bait and what got me back is the color scheme. Not overly done but tastefully done. 2 thumbs up!!

    Norway Runners

Dam(n) those are some really nice color schemes. Totally different. You nailed a couple there....... Very nice!

    Let's try this again

The tone of the color scheme really got my attention. Plus, that puppy has the "look" of a serious contender. What do I mean by that? It just looks like a confidence bait. I don`t make-um but I know what I like.
  6. That`s one of those.........out there baits. Nothing wrong with that, just out there. It would no doubt stand out in a crowd. Interesting.
  7. If you lived in Florida that would not be a problem. While some have snow, hail, cold rain, cold wind, freezing temps, etc... we can enjoy a day on the water at any time. Life is good. Course the summer months are brutal, I give you that. So let me see. Snowed in or hot summer months? Freezing temps or hot summer months? Love those hot summer months plus I get to fish when you guys are looking out the front window raising cane with mother nature.

    My hand made lure

The face kind of looks like a baby tarpon. Kinda. Paint scheme....I like it. 2 thumbs up!
  9. Both guys ( thedude.....6 feet deep) have given you basis, sound information to your question from their perspective. Your question is just the tip of the ice-berg as there are certainly variables with in that mix, but you have to start somewhere. What ever you do.....buy the best you can afford. Good luck on figuring out what rod/reel/line/lure combo is best suited for your style/type of fishing. Well my combos are mostly round reels I always keep (1) spinning set-up with a small hopkins spoon tied on. As schoolers always seem to bust just out of range of my bait-casters, the hopkins will cast a mile ( literal translation) and has saved me more than once. That`s my story and I`m sticking to it.

    crankbait

The color scheme is different as is the adding of the red "socks" on the hook shanks. Lure will no doubt catch fish.

    Metamorphosis

Art is in the eye of the creator. Kiss the frog and..........wrong story.

    Musky Palm bait

Smooth color scheme, 3/0 hooks. What`s not to like ?
  13. Banjo Minnos and the ever popular......Helicopter lure, which I believe was a Roland Martins idea, should both be placed in the Got-Cha Hall of Fame.

    Musky Palm Bait

Always nice when other folks like your work. Nice!
  15. I must sat that`s ............impressive. Great colors, designs. Hard work and talent shows.

    Third Attempt

Forget Woo Daves, Braided line likes it!
  17. On the hat. The logo is fine. The "majority" will fine tone that as well as the color(s). As it gets hot as all get out in the summer time in Fla, A mesh top( small hole type) would be more to my liking. Possible solution, make both types available. That way I can get one each.
  18. The face on the top one has a "natural" look." Nice, clean looking bait.
  19. You march to a different beat that`s for sure. Like I`ve said before,"interesting." And I mean that in a good way.

    Holoshore rattlers

Happened to see these puppies on "random" pictures, gallery section. Paint/foil scheme is excellent. They have the "look." Nice.
