Now that one i could see! Old eyed need help. That would look good coming through a pad field. On braided line of course. -
Looks like there are plenty of different ways to "clean" cork handles but for me it`s always been..... Brillo or Ajax pads. Been using them for years and the end results is the cork always cleans up great. I don`t care how dirty. I just scrub them down and rinse with water. Sometimes it does take a couple of tries but it`s the end result I`m after......clean. Like they say, there`s more than one way to skin a cat. No offense to cat owners intended.

Mattman was on the money as I have done the very same thing and that puppy(reel-seat) is locked tighter than a vault at Fort Knox. Plus you end up with a clean,finished look. Air-Space location: try tapping the reel seat. Slight sound difference can be detected.

"First Paint job." I`m a color guy so you know yours is right on target. For me the big,red eye seals the deal. Nicely done. -

Picture a little out of focus, could be my PC. As a re-paint, I`m trying to be objective but I can`t come up with anything. -
You didn`t say if you "made" the whole thing or just did the paint-job. I`ll go with the color scheme. It looks good to me. I like it! -

Snow...cold wind...icy rain... bitter cold....heavy frost...shoveling...... car won`t start..... water lines freeze... cold hands and your wife says, are you crazy! Central Fl a very cool 70 degs, Friday 80 degs. Much better.

Snakeheads: Buzzbaits, did you have a stinger hook on you set-up? Might help raise your hook-up % . Just a thought.

How did I miss this? All my efforts are centered on catching BASS. Some days you look like you know exactly what your doing and others, you looks like a chump. One thing about Florida , as the weather is mostly nice (year long) you get to go when ever you want. If you have enough gas money that is. As I only fish lures (all types) you can bet I`d love to have some of the lures I`ve seen posted on here. Great stuff. To the guys who spend a lot of time "looking" out the front window during these cold wintery months, I`ll be thinking about ya.
