  1. Hey Bass-Boys, Didn't I tell you to never mention my name again?.... b
  2. sorry, but i haven't gotten an email. my email address is alluringbaits@suddenlink.net I'd like the F.M. info also if you could email it to me. thanks! b
  3. Hello, I believe you sent me an email the other day, but did not put your correct email address. My email to you was returned 'undeliverable.' Your email ended in 'vizcarrar5', but your name is 'vizcarra.' Could you have hit the r when you went to hit the 5? Brent, AlluringBaits
  4. That's pretty much what I have going on now. Our Dadz craw mold is 136 count, and cost 8 grand (they have black whiskers, so, of course, that costs extra). Do you have any molds of larger worms that you alread run? Brent (apologies, but im a stay-at-home dad, and sometimes can't get to the phone)
  5. good to see a familiar face!!! small world, i tell you what. b
  6. As long as nobody else moves anything, I know where everything is. " Sure, I have some black tricks stick. Just check the 8th stack, 2 box from the bottom! B
  7. Mike, I currently buy around 10,000 lbs of injected plastics per month, but am limited on variety due to my manufactures lack of motivation to make new molds. (ie, he wants WAY too much money for only 'his mold guy' to make all of 'his molds' (although they obviously aren't his after you pay to have them made) I am in need of at least a couple different baits that aren't available to me at this time (larger worms mostly, least 10".) I can invest, or we can invest, as I have a very active website with plenty of interested people. thanks Brent Bollinger www.alluringbaits.com
  8. Couldn't have said it better, Jim. It has been quite a while. I know i've sent at least 50 guys over the last couple of years to Jim anytime they have a 'project'. I think that's the biggest advantage to handpours. You can make some of this, and some of that, but when i want a custom color, I have to order 10,000 baits. Either way you look at it, it's ALOT more work than you thought it was going to be; handpours and 'distributing' alike. We handpoured our Dadz craws for 2 years in the evenings and made about 12,000 baits total. We had the mold made (136 count - liquid cooled - yada yada) and cost a little over 8,000 bucks. We ordered 7 colors (70,000 baits total) and had them in 3 weeks. Just a different ballgame altogether. That said, we used the baits before we started selling them, so the quality wasn't an issue. (especially when i still bag ALL of my own worms; and weed out pretty much all of the 'seconds') b (p.s. I still do all of my business out of my garage; i have about 11,000 lbs of plastic in there........AND my boat.....crazy organization skills )
  9. Howdy All, I actually started selling on ebay a few years ago, and there are just WAY too many fees to come out on these plastics (at these prices). As far as Jim (niffken), he originally bought from me, and then I told him that he should just buy them direct, as he wanted stuff that I either didn't want, or he didn't want to carry items that i considered standard. I get my plastics from GA and AL. Some are made by the same manufacturer as Yum, Culprit, Pradco, Lake Fork Tackle, Mad Man (formerly), Gene Larew, etc. Other company makes all BPS brand baits, as well as some i didn't list. I started selling these baits because i used them, and knew they were good. Figured if i threw in some 'extras' with every order, and ship within a day or two, everything would work out. So far so good. 2 million worms and counting! We know that there are at least a dozen companies selling these baits (most have the same exact colors) but we try to stay ahead of the curve, and offer new, original items whenever we can. (like the smoke red; one of my fav's and i had to have it.) b "speak softly and carry a big stick"
