  1. i have the large chunk and med chunk. they are just like zooms just a little fatter and with the plasctic we use the arms float of the bottom. catch a lot of bass with them.
  2. take a somting and scrap the bottom of the jug. it settles and you have to scrap it off the bottom then shake real good:eek:
  3. i have the 2 peice 4 1/2in trick worm from del-mart. add a little softener and you got one deadly dropshot and shaky head worm.
  4. hardest molds i ever used. have a bunch if any body wants them.

    new LC mold

its a one piece and real easy to pour.
  7. OK so far I really like MF super soft for my curl tail worms. they tair up a little fast but if you are using a 10" er you can tear the top 1/2 that is tore up and re rig, i fished 1 worm for about 3 hours the other day, there is my i don`t worry if i go threw baits. i save all my tore up baits and remelt them.
  8. always wanted to try a rage tail shad but i thought they were pricey and i only use plastics i pour. seen this on the web site and picked one up. makes a great lure. used some old frog plastic that i use hardener in and it turned out great. should throw some water.
  9. i have always put the color in before i cook it with good results. i have to pour a bunch of frogs tonight and will add the color after the plastic is heated to see how it works.
  10. use all oil base scents only:popcorn:
  11. i use the 502 lc on my curl tails. i add a little salt. on the trick worms i pour the ones for using on a shaky head or texas rig i add just a little salt so the worm floats. for fishing wacky style i add 12 pinches or the biggest measuring spoon of lc`s to 4oz of plastic. they sink just like zooms trick worm.
  12. i just eyeball it. just don`t be in a hurry. burnt plastic is wasted plastic. i know:eek:
  13. try lure craft or if you have a worm someone on here can maybe make you one.
  14. i would use a micro wave and a pirex cup. heat 2 min then stir and heat 30 seconds stir and if is not what you want do another 30 seconds. 4 oz take abot 3 min but each micro wave is differant so take your time till you get the hang of it.
  15. hey is this the pup from indiana info. can`t answer your question just wanted to say hi. daveh:)
  16. i pour flukes for a couple tourney fisherman and they love the scrounger head. one guy just fished the b.a.s.s. southern open in alabama over the weekend. he was using my fluke in baby bass on that head and couldn`t keep the bass off it but no keepers. he did come in 14 place and caught the purilator big bass on the last day. the topwater frog bite was on and his main sponcer is snag proof so he threw that most. he did catch a few keepers on my buzz frog. he was throwing my 5 in fluke but wish he had the bigger 7in. i have it on order but has not come in for his tourney. i have caught a few bass on that jig but just started using it.
  17. i use lc oxblood dels dels motoroil in it and get a motoroil that looks just like zooms motoroil:yes:
  18. i can send you some but not sure what it would smell like when it got to you. lol
  19. just get your credit card out and buy buy buy. you will do it anyway in the long run.lol i started with a one piece mold from lure craft and melted a bunch of old plastics. but a lot of guys don`t recomend it but it worked for me. there is nothing wrong with one piece molds have caught a bunch of bass on lures from one piece. my first mold was a 6in slug-go mold. a friend of mine luvs them.i poured him some a couple of weeks ago and he caught a 8lb 2oz bass on the one i poured for him. good luck on what ever you decide.
  20. now thats a setup. makes me feel a little primitive.
