make sure the plastic was mixed up 100 %. the hardener will settle to the bottom of the plastisol container. it must be mixed very good before heating

you may have to use a drop or 2 of orange.

Mark, have you used this ratio before without the heat sta. ?

I am not sure but I think you added a lot of stuff if you only started with 2 oz. of plastic ?? and I am sure it was but was the plastic mixed well before you started. ? also , how do you like the silica for the ikas??

sorry to change the subject on this thread,. Prime Beef.. !!! I am a meat cutter and own my own meat shop.. it is very hard to buy prime any more.. most all the Choice beef I buy, angus or not, the label on the box will say choice or higher.. in the past ( a few years back ,, maybe 10 years ) I could order " Prime" beef, but now the best I can get is Choice or higher. the grading is not as good as it was either.. in the boxes that say choice or higher,, some times ,, and not very often,, there will be a pc. in there that would go prime,, also in the same box you will get some pc's that will be lower than choice ( select ) also , now days because of the doctors advise, a lot of folks want leaner beef.. prime is not leaner,, but it is very tastie & tender... ok, back to worm oil !!!

poss. over heating the plastic . be careful on reheats its easy to get the temp to high.

make sure you have mixed the plastic very very well,, the hardner part of the plastic will settle to the bottom. The last batch ( 5 gallons ) I got from spike it ,, settled very bad and had to be mixed a lot before use. it has to be mixed 100 % .. scrape the inside bottom of your plastisol jug to see if any is still stuck to the bottom..

I have not had any issues with the Bass Tackle,, I think the twin is 2 singles.. so they are the injectors ? make sure you have good O-rings and I always make sure I dip the injector in the plastic deep past the lock pin , not sure but you mite be sucking air in where the tip goes on.??

this exact beaver is sold by a wholesale company. and you have to buy 1000 pc. of the exact same color and size. that's why you see it on ebay. but as posted above there are similar molds avail.
