  3. I have not had any issues with the Bass Tackle,, I think the twin is 2 singles.. so they are the injectors ? make sure you have good O-rings and I always make sure I dip the injector in the plastic deep past the lock pin , not sure but you mite be sucking air in where the tip goes on.??
  4. this exact beaver is sold by a wholesale company. and you have to buy 1000 pc. of the exact same color and size. that's why you see it on ebay. but as posted above there are similar molds avail.
  5. are you having trouble with calhons ??
  6. with what frank said,,,, the paddles could be full depth. but they would have to be shaped like a hockey stick. but the bottom portion would have to beefed up some so they dod not flex. this just mite work awesome with the jector holder ???
  7. yeah, I always thought you were a " NO" salt guy ?????
  8. could not add this to the last post ??? shoot i guess I could have,, the edit tab was not hi-lighted so I figured it was not working .... Douh !!! i will be switching to Bait Junky's plastisol to try out.
  9. the last 2- 2.5gals I got from Spike it, hard packs way more than the 1st 4 -5 batches I got ?? i know of a guy that uses an old trolling motor in his barrels.
  10. I have a customer that will not take baits w/ heavy salt in the bags.. he says it gets all over his boat and he dosn't like that. also some guys do not like the heavy oil or scent on the baits because it gets on there hands,, so good luck with what you come up with. its hard to make every one happy.. i let my baits set at least 24 hrs before bagging.
  11. great advice !! also, does the mold have dimples in it ?

  14. if your injectors are sitting in the presto it will be hot enough.. now back to the original post.. 1377, are you hand pouring or injecting ?

  17. hey,, thats not fair !!! what cha mean you try every mold ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and get freesamples that way i see !!!!! you dog !! thats great that you do check um so the customer knows they are getting a perfect mold every time ! awesome.
  18. I have bears,, i have to heat it up real well @ 1st then it works great. before that i made my own and the spout clogs on it , but i put the spout on the side w/ an elbow and it will not stay warm enough.
  19. is the spout in the side or bottom of the pot ? it needs to be very close to the heating area of the bottom of the pot and the spout needs to be as short as poss. if its to long it will cool off at the end and clog. put a propane torch on the spout when your pot is heated up and see if it starts to pour if it does then the spout is not getting enough heat. I guess we were typing at the same time.
  20. here is a new guy, www.highrockmolds.com
  21. Thats a good question, my opinion is no. hand pouring is hand pouring hand injecting is hand injecting machine injection is machine injection
