  1. thanks Happy holidays to all and a great new year ahead !!
  2. I have 2 keep the ones i have clean inside to get good plastic draw. when clean they work great.
  3. salt does draw moisture. if you have water softner bags stored on a cement floor the floor under the bag will be damp. It could also be due to fluxuation in temps from cold to warm & then to cold causing condinsation. pouring in the cold is not a problem at all but i would store heavy salted baits in above freezing temps.
  4. over night for sure,, Its always better to leave the baits for even a week before bagging. but over nite will do if ya need to get um bagged for some reason. the only thing I like about pouring in the winter ( I do not pour hardly ever from 1st of Nov. - 1st of march ) i live in Michigan. -- any way , the molds stay cooler so you can pour more baits faster.I have to warm my molds before the 1st pours in cold weather.

very sorry to here this.. can any one trace any of this to plastisol ?? there are a few guys on here with lung problems!
  7. if you wipe the baits you should wipe them with the paint thinner.
  8. are you guys using laminated worm bags???
  9. use super soft plastisol and do not add salt, it will float.
  10. no -he is not. he is saying paint the bait after de- molding. dipping will give a nice gloss but will smooth out any detail the mold has. so like frank said, try just painting & no dipping on a few baits and see what ya think .
  11. I am thinking about getting a case of shells, 600 pc. but I would need to split that many with others. what size do you need ? I need to get - 5.25" x 1.188" x 1.25" from Placon corp if I get a case I will sell some ( apx. 1/2 case ) for .38 cents each.
  12. sorry, i do not know if its the same i would say its a little different, also, Venom shad - nope also, if you order some product from Lure craft they will send you a bait from that mold so you can see it.
  13. 150 - 6x4 laminate worm bags, includes shipping to 48 states USA. $ 23.00 3 bundles of 150 avail. ( total avail 450 ) if you want more than 150 e-mail me and I will give ya a price thanks Jeff bassboysbaits@cmsinter.net
  14. sounds great. so are you saying its apx. .10 cents per worm ?????
  15. I use fine salt from the local bakery rite out of the bag. It does change the color of the baits some but I think all salt does.
  16. tj, do you need any clam shells ?
  17. got the bags ordered. I did get the 6 x 4, the 7 x 4.5 would be a good size but i just reset my peg board to fit the 6 x 4 so I will stay with it.
  18. Any one interested in any worm bags from Bears? I am getting ready to order 1000 ct. I really do not need that many with winter coming here in Michigan. But its the best price. this summer I got the 6 x 4 , but today when I went to his site I do not see that size. Sent out an email to him to see if they still have um.. I see 7 x 4.25 , that will work. Looks like they are apx. .10 a bag when you buy 1000. That will include his shipping chg. I will sell them for the .10 each plus shipping to you. If any interest email me. thanks Jeff bassboysbaits@cmsinter.net
  19. I have not, but will be waiting on your comments.
