Whats the reasoning for bending the blade?

I had the same problem with mine. What i noticed was the TEE connector for the two air lines had a small inside diameter. I changed it with one with a larger inside diameter and now works awesome.

I think i'll just order some alreAdy poured if i can find some with a fine wire hook. Thanks guys for all the help.

Sounds interesting. I was thinking if they had a mold without the barb and maybe modify for the screw lock.

Can a production mold be made of all the same size jig?

Looking for a 1/8 oz. shakey head mold. Is there a production mold available? A mold that would take a 4/0 hook.

I tried the paper bag with no luck. The air pump i have i bought at Walmart and has 2 air hoses. It was the largest they had. Should i try a larger size?

I built a fluid bed with plans from TU. I used coffee filters and seems that the powder seems to have spikes in the paint. Is this because of the filters? Should i use a paper bag? Also the paint cup is 4" deep by 2" pvc pipe. Seems hard to see the paint and if i turn the air up a cloud of paint comes up. Should the cup be shorter? The color of paint i'm using is black if that makes a difference.

I made a fluid bed using Cadmans instructions. I put paint in and turned it on and got paint blowing out in a couple of spots. Shouldn't the paint boil like water? I used a coffee filter for the bottom of the cup. Did i add too much paint? If so how much do i add at a time?

What colors do you have and what size containers? Link wouldn't work for me.
