Like this body shape quite a bit , ....quite easy to carve , ......this one with a lexan lip performs better than a similar lure equipped with an aluminium lip , that I've put up in here a little while ago : Frog pattern painted on with modelmaking enamels . greetz , diemai -
Both of these lures were painted with pastel chalks(thanks a lot , Vic) , ...only the black dots on the sides of the grub were stamped on with a toothpick . Very nice swimming action on both lures : greetz , diemai -
These two little baits could have turned out a bit more buoyant , ......did underestimate the weight of neccessary ballast when having glued it in together with the internal wire form . Still I'm happy with the most stable wobbling action of these lures , ......presently even working on some more "V"-shaped lures . greetz , diemai -
The brush painted mottled finishes on these two dudes turned out pretty well in my opinion , ......also their swimming action is just great : greetz , diemai -

............had the idea for this little lure the other day , failed a test swim in blank condition for some reason , that's why I need to shave the lip now to have it run more stable : At least the second lure swims beter than expected . greetz , diemai -

Just saw your own bug on video , Vic , ......the smaller a lure is , the more difficult it could be to get it to swim properly , ...also they do not easily forgive possible flaws in body ,-or lip symmetry . Thanks , ....Dieter -

Thanks , Mikko , .....actually I had seen this color on a lure on YouTube or somewhere , but my wife also has a plush toy fish like that ,....... always wanted to paint a lure like this , .......now awaiting response of local pike , perch and zander , LOL !
