For the weathered veterans out here let me ask this question. Do you bake your jig first without the weedguard and glue in OR do you pour your jig with the weedguard and paint/bake?

I have to confess I'm still pretty green in finding the best process in painting. I have tried the G&S Seal Coat for my lures and was very very disappointed in the results. The coat itself will peal right off with your finger nails. Is there something better out there I could try? The whole objective is I want to paint eyes on my jigs in which seal the finish. Any ideas fellas?

Thanks Reeves! 5,000 may be a bit much unless I would be able to find someone to split the material with me, I had like 300 in mind. Does that mean that I better start to learn how to make my own as RR316 suggested?
