I have both molds, and couldn't be happier with them, they shoot easy, and makes a dynamite bait, with great action.

Bears did sell a coloring called kudzu, it's a great color. I think several other plastic suppliers sell it too.

Thanks guys, I don't see why it wouldn't catch fish, it is a little different than the conventional worms. Just wanted to here what people who had the mold had to say. I think I will give it a try. Something different is what I was looking for.

Any one fish with the bait junkies fish tail bait? Just wondered if it was a good producer. It is very different looking from your normal plastic worms. Love to here about your opinion of this bait.

What alworms said, you need to add stabilizer after heat ups .Any plastic will yellow over time and again heat up., Stabilizer will help keep it clearer.

I have been happy with all the new Eagle Claw hooks Iv'e been using lately. They have really improved their quality.

That is soo sad, he was the man, when it came to tubes. He will be missed.

Another good thing to heat your hooks in is a old crock pot. My wife broke the bowl to her crock pot, and I took the base and lay my hooks in it on high,. It will get the hooks plenty hot, but not so hot that you can not pick them up with your bare hands. Work great.

Bears is a skinnier worm. It is shaped similar, but quite a bit skinnier.

If you have 22 strands on each tab, 2 tabs will be fine. But you can put more on if it doesn't look full enough to suit you. It really is about personal preference. 2 will get you started ,and you can go from there. Hope this helps.

If I understand what your wanting, I believe you can still add a split ring and the hook of your choice either way.

Sorry ,guys I meant 702 instead of 402, I have 4 of the 702 molds. Yes it is a great mold, and that is what I have used for 2 or 3 years now. I was just wanting to have a few more selections of craws to offer. I also have the 712 a smaller version of the 702. The roso crawl is a little smaller, and kind of resemble the paca craw. Just thought maybe someone had this mold, and could tell me a little about it.

Been eye balling the roso craw from Bears. Does anyone know about the action of this bait? Tried to ask about it on Bears forum, but I guess it is temporarily down. If you shoot this bait I would love to here from you. I love the 402 Basstackle craw, but looking for something else in the line of a crawl fish also.

Never had slow service from Barlows. But the shipping is way high. Have same deal with Bear on his shippnig cost. I love his stuff, but the shipping is ridiculous.

Quality pair of round nose pliers. The very cheap models are not tight enough, and can cause the wire to slip out. Plus the teeth ware out fast.
