Didn't have much time, but dying to try out new blade bait mold. Should have taken time to get the airbrush out, but decided to paint with spray can. At least you can tell how the bait will look when you decide to paint them up.

I use the craft brushes that wal-mart sell, you get 30 for 99 cents. They are decent brushes and don't shed like some of the others. When I'm done with one, I throw it away. But you can wash them out with denatured alcohol, and reuse them. Hope this helps.

This is my rotisserie, motor turner, I made it in about 45 minutes. It does a great job, and was super easy to make. The round wood pieces, I made a square hole in the center, that lets the disks slide down the shaft. I used my mortising machine, but you can do it with a wood chisel. and the stands are made from scrap wood laying around the shop. I already had the rotisserie motor, that I never used, so I have basically nothing in it. Hope this is some help for people looking to make one.

Thanks for the great video, I had heard how hard it was to get a complete pour on this mold. I think the key to getting a good bait is to pour directly in the mold with a ladle, instead of a Lee pot. Maybe you need more volume to get a complete bait. I think I'll go ahead and get the mold. Thanks again.

I can't say anything, I almost brushed my teeth with my wifes hand lotion, the other day. Had alot on my mind , just picked up the wrong tube, Luckily, I noticed the difference when I t was squirting out of the tube. They are very simular in size and shape.

I really went about this all wrong. The first thing a person should do is contact the manufacture of the product, if you have problems with there product. I really like the head that this mold makes, but nearly everyone that I have heard from, has trouble pour this head. That is the reason that I don't already own it. Cadman I bought the last ones I have from you, maybe a year or so ago. I will go to the do-it forum and bring this up,. Maybe someone from do-it will give there advice, about using this mold.

I really like the do-it keel buzzbait head for making my buzzbaits. I own probably 50 or more so-it lead molds. I have wanted to get the keel head mold, but because I have heard how hard it is to get a complete pour on the heads, I have not bought it yet. Is there a way to get complete pours on this bait without making alot of bad incomplete heads ? Something someone has figured out to get a better, complete pour with all of the skirt holder filled out? Thanks I hope someone will answer back

I usually put the tripple grip trebbles on them. You don't loose many fish with them.

They really don't look like much, but I have caught alot of fish on them. I have a friend of mine that has boxes full of them. He is the one that got me fishing them. That little tiny n deep runner, will catch a ton of fish too, especially when there's been a major cold front and you need to down size your baits. We usually change out the treble hooks and go to a size bigger.

Pretty sure its a norman lure. Isn't it a baby n. I have several that look like it. I will try to remember to take a picture of mine tomorrow. Another thing is the eyes, that's how the Baby ns eyes are painted on,even the same colors. It should be about 2 inches long. The bill on the baby n is like the one in the picture. The middle n has a bill like in the picture Hushey posted. There is one size even smaller than the baby n , and it's the tiny n, it's a small lure more of a crappie size, but has the bill like the bait you are asking about.

Sorry, it makes 1/8 to 3/8 oz stand up shaky head jigs, with a plastic holder made on the jig.

Tried to post a picture of the mold but having trouble with my phone. The mold was bought new, and has made maybe 30 jigs with .it. It works great but I have a different style to use I like better. Will sell for 30.00 plus shipping. I think I can take the handles off and ship it in one of the small priority boxes for 7.10 cents. Let me know if interested. Saugerman

Kris, I thought I had several of the medium, black Boss weed guards. But what I had in the medium were Lure crafts. I do have approx. 275 black boss stiff weed guards.
