First sorry for my bad English :-) On Youtube are some vieos about copy carver, copy lathe,copy sorvi(Finnish are excellent) Kopirka(former Yugoslavia Republic creators) some are good and some are fantastic. m I made 3-4 in pass few years. Now I got nothing, since May Fload in my City(Doboj-Bosnia) Make one very soon and I ill try to give some feedback about building as soon as I start to build. Best regards from Bosnia

Hello, in my countree most of Hard Bait manufacturer use nitro cellulose disolved in acetone. We have expirience ,allso ,with epoxy,floor warnish,and so far everybody use nitro cellulose because its elastic even it's very cold or very hot time outside.(winter-sommer). Other coat have not this and when is cold it is wery easy to broke lures coat when hit it on rock or something simmilar . Pipe idea is solution for Finnish lip,and diameter of pipe is something what make side more or less bended. Greetz,Bobitas. Ps. I'm very happy to make contribute for this great site.

Hello,first sorry about my bad English , For bend Lexan or any polycarbonate i get some pipe and band it in diferent angle 45 degree or depend how much curve your need.Than mark center line on pipe and on finished lip.Heat(Hot air gun,small gas burner or similar )lip,and with gloves pressure lip on curved part(inside curve) of pipe.You will get Finnish lip in second.
