Thanks guys! It's a Palm size bait, about 7" long and 4" tall... Life size Croppie... I have a three piece wake bait version, this four piece wake - twitch bait, and just finished a closed mouth swimmer in the same size range. It's a BIG SLAB bait! -

Thanks Bob. The eyes are indeed Glass. I actually just measured it, and it is 9" from line tie to tip of tail fibbers! I will get some video of it soon, as I lent my head cam to a friend that went to Willow Beach! -
IMHO - the rat bait is very cool. I like the detail you added with the look of the hairs! As to your swimming issues. I would create a larger gap, between the two pieces, and make the V in the back section wider. Think of a really well rounded, baby got back butt! As far as the lip goes......Keep the lip barely angled towards the front, and you may want to try the line tie in center of lip! Just my observations after looking at your pictures!

Hey Guys, Been a while since I have posted anything new, so I thought I would post up a picture of the 8" Proto I recently finished! It is a 8" long top water bait. It tracks very nice at slow speeds as well as burning. Great all around top water lipless bait! Lili
