I have a couple of these that I loved to use a long time ago and wondered about taking them apart to clean and service them. I cannot figure out how to do so. Here's a pic of them. Any suggestions would be great.
Thanks.
I have a stick mold with a v-tail and it's a hand pour, but when I hand pour it, I only get part of the tail. Do I need to add additional air vents possibly?
Jeff, What is the actual length of those? Del doesn't provide it on his site. Also, do you mind sharing a pic of what you have made, or pm me a pic please? I understand you're trying to sell yours too, but I'm just curious.
Only used a couple times. I mostly hand pour and really don't have a need for this. This is the 6oz version. I paid $240 + shipping. I'll let it go for $180.00 TYD, in the US.
I haven't seen these being made by anyone or talking about them for awhile. Is this mold still OK to buy and make? They are similar to Yamamoto Fat Ika's.
I actually do a lot of injecting but wanted a cheap swimbait to play around with. I have some Pyrex glasses but the spout might be too big on those for pouring the tight space. I have heard of silicone cups, but what brand should I look into? Those would provide a way to make the spout smaller.
Thanks guys
I bought one of the hand pour swimbait molds from Lure Craft and I'm having a hard time with the tail section. I over-pour it because it's very tight and sometimes the tail doesn't get filled in all the way. Any suggestions, or has anyone used this mold before?
I'm thinking about buying this stick mold and wondered if using the twinjector on this mold would work for laminates? Does anyone have a mold similar to this that uses a twinjector for laminates?
Thanks
