Hi i've looked over the site for some info on painting jigheads in bulk. I started out powder painting but the customer wants me to match there original line exactly. I bought some paint from stamina tackle to try but i cant find a way to do this in a production style manner. I bought vinyl paint and vinyl thinner. If anyone has any help I have over 200,000 jigheads to paint by mid December. Thanks in advance for the help.

Not to sound like I'm coming back at you by no means at all, but i do keep most of the regular sizes and style hooks in stock I have over 100,000 hooks in stock at the moment and i probably should have stated that at first. The main thing i specialize in is custom orders so i do have to order some hooks but the shipping time on most hooks is 3 days unless it is something really odd then it might take a little longer. Almost any order i can have ready and shipped within one weeks time. Again I'm not trying to sound snippy at all i appreciate the advice I really do. I should have thought out the first post a little better.

It really depends on what you want for the pricing and i offer any quantity you may want from 1 to 10,000. I offer bulk pricing on most things just depends on the hooks i have to buy for the order some company's have a better bulk discount than others. I do offer either painted or unpainted. Everything i paint is powder painted unless specified otherwise. I do everything custom so really you can get almost anything you can dream up as long as i can get a mold for it. I need a 3.5 split tail bug mold the one that matches the ones del took off the site i fully understand why he had to but i already bought the 4in and i need the matching small one for an order that a guy had already placed i would be willing to pay full price for a used one and i have paypal and i hope this post doesnt make you mad del i truly understand why you had to but i need to put my customers first

Gary Yamamoto uses salt and sand in his senkos i heard this somewhere and got to wandering if it was true so i cut on up and looked at it under a microscope its definatly not just salt from what i seen it was 3 parts salt to one part sand im not sure if that the exact recipe or not but its pretty close

are you getting 37 per cup of plastic because if so there is 16 cups per gallon 16X37=592 using my formula of 8oz plastic 2oz ounces softner and 2oz salt i get 20 per cup of mix which gives me about 320 per gallon give or take a few

http://www.captainhookswarehouse.com That is the cheapest place you will find hooks on the internet. there is another place http://www.shortyshooks.com they sale wholesale but you have to have a tax certificate to buy from them they are the absolute cheapest around as far as the 570 models i have found that a VMC9147 or 9147R (red hook) is the cheapest and best quality to go with. I also included a list of hooks that i have use in place of a 570 Sohumi 105 Sohumi 109 (red hook) Mustad 32746BLN Mustad 32746R (red hook) Mustad 32831BLN (long shank) VMC9147 VMC9147R (red hook) I personally use the VMC and Sohumi because in my opinion they are good quality for the money but i have had customers request Mustad and they are good to just a little more expensive. I agree with the statement of you get what you pay for but if you go with any of these you cant go wrong. Also Captain Hook Warehouse had the best shipping prices .

Lucky Craft uses titanium wire im not sure how they do it as i dont want to tear my 19 dollar bait apart but if you want some detailed pictures i could post some maybe that would help you
